Ordering & Shipping

Do you ship worldwide? No, Purrra currently ships only within the United States (contiguous 48 states).
Is there a shipping fee for orders? No — Purrra offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Are orders insured during transit? Yes — all orders are fully insured during transit against damage or loss.
Can I track my packages online? Yes, absolutely. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.
I just placed my order. Can I cancel it? Orders can be cancelled if you contact us before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, you must follow our Return & Refund Policy to receive a refund.
Can I add/remove products from my order? Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or edited. If you need to make a change, please request a cancellation immediately before shipment and place a new order.
I placed an order and it was cancelled the same day. What happened? There are a variety of reasons why your order may have been canceled (e.g., payment failure, inventory error, or potential fraud flag). Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

How long do I have to return an item? You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for a non-defective item.
What condition must items be in to be eligible for a return? Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original, undamaged packaging. Note: Personalized items and used hygienic products are excluded.
How do I request a return? You must email us at support@purrra.store to initiate a return. You should include your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific warehouse shipping instructions.
Who pays the return shipping cost? The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrectly shipped. We also deduct a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost from the refund.
